During my nine years in New York, I gained extensive experience working in fashion shows, runway, editorial, commercial, and bridal makeup and hair. These experiences allowed me to collaborate with talented artists and industry professionals, shaping my creative vision and commitment to exceptional beauty services.
In 2017, I relocated to California and joined MUST Makeup & Hair. Today, I proudly operate as the Owner and Director of MUST Makeup & Hair OC, leading a talented team of professional artists and providing luxury beauty services for clients throughout California and destination locations.

With over 30 years of experience as a Makeup Artist and Hair Stylist, my journey began in Korea, continued through New York City, and has grown into a lifelong passion for beauty and artistry in Los Angeles.
As one of the early pioneers to establish a professional makeup studio in Los Angeles, I have dedicated my career to creating exceptional beauty experiences and introducing the artistry and aesthetics of K-Beauty to a global audience. Today, I continue to lead MUST Makeup & Hair LA, bringing decades of expertise, creativity, and industry knowledge to every client.
Throughout my career, I have worked across a wide range of fields, including weddings, broadcasting, film, fashion shows, editorial, and special events. My passion for K-Beauty has allowed me to share Korean beauty techniques and trends while inspiring clients and artists through my work.

After your reservation is confirmed, we’ll ask you to send a recent, unfiltered selfie taken in natural lighting.
This allows your assigned artist to prepare based on your current hair length, color, skin tone, and overall look before your appointment.
Please submit your hair and makeup inspiration photos no later than 7 days before your appointment.
Your inspiration photos help your artist understand your preferred style and prepare for your service.
For the best results, please:
• Wash your hair the night before or the morning of your appointment.
• Arrive with completely dry hair.
• Arrive with a clean face or skincare only.
• Wear a button-down or zip-up top.
• If you wear contact lenses, please insert them before your appointment.
To help our team stay on schedule and provide the best experience, please prepare the following for each artist:

• One table or workspace

Providing a separate workstation for each artist allows us to work efficiently and keep your timeline running smoothly.
We highly recommend submitting your inspiration photos before the deadline.
If they are not received, your artist will provide a consultation on the day of your appointment and create a look based on the available appointment time.

Parking fees, valet fees, tolls, venue access fees, and any other event-related travel expenses are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
